Job Purpose:
To successfully develop new sales channels for the company, effectively achieving set K.P.I.s & Targets whilst increasing the sales overall for the company.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Old calling
- Meeting clients
- Managing a CRM system
- Developing effective sales strategies
- Qualifying leads and prospects
- Telesales
- Attending trade fairs and industry events
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience gained within the Construction or Engineering Industry
- Proven track record in consistently achieving targets
- First class presentation and communication skills
- Strong technical acumen
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
