3DPersonnel’s client is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to be based in the Limerick area.
The client is one of Ireland’s leading building and civil engineering contractors with projects through-out Ireland.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Bid Coordinator to join a leading main contractor in Limerick area.
Duties to include:
- PQQs and Tender completion to tight and demanding deadlines
- Making quick and timely decisions with prospective tenders
- Maintain an effective archive and filing structure for past Tenders and Bid submissions
- Looking to continually improve submissions
- Supporting the team in Business Development
- Responsibility for high quality presentation of bids
- Supporting other aspects of the Business Development team when required
To be successful in the role:
- You must have some previous experience with tender notifications and PQQs
- Marketing experience
- Excellent Communication
- Ability to work to tight and rigid deadlines
- Confident and methodical approach
- Good attention to detail
