Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £35,000-45,000 + Benefits
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in Leatherhead to join a private residential developer who are renowned for producing high quality, affordable homes in sought after locations.
Summary Of Your New Role
To assisting in the management of the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Your New Project Summary:
You will be assisting the Site Manager oversee a residential development consisting of 50+ traditional build units.
Qualifications Required we require from you
CITB 5 Day Course
Knowledge and appreciation of high standards of Health & Safety
At least 2 years’ experience in brownfield development or construction related industries
Good communication and Supervisory skills
High self motivation and a hands on approach
Good computer skills
