3D Personnel currently have the opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work with a well – established main contractor on a commercial scheme based in Portsmouth.

Our client is a well-recognised Construction Company who prides themselves on their high standard of work within all aspects of construction.
This client recently secured a commercial scheme based in Portsmouth which has sparked the opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join their current project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
On a day to day basis the Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for;
- Supporting the Site Manager with onsite construction activates
- Assisting with the day to day delivery of the project
- Ensuring that all health, safety & environmental procedures are enforced
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs & liaising with sub-contractors
- Ensuring that the project is completed to cost and time quality specifications and to the standard
- Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
This position is being offered on a freelance basis with 8+ weeks work available.
