Vacancy: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Reading
3D Personnel currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a residential project based in Reading.
Project:
This scheme is a residential project located in Reading circa 120 units. The Assistant Site Manager will be will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that the project is completed to cost and time quality specifications
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Ordering of materials.
- Maintaining all aspects of the requirements laid down by the Health and Safety Consultant.
Requirements:
The right candidate would be ideally located within 1 hour drive of Reading & has experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential sector.
