3D Personnel are currently looking for an office administrator to work at RAF Brize Norton.
It is a temporary contract of 6 months, starting Monday 27th November. m40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
The following skills and experience are essentail
- 1. Strong administration skills,
- a. Able to use excel with ease (PIVOT/ Lookup etc)
- b. Ability to use the Microsoft package, including TEAMS etc.
- c. Able to run and analyse data where required.
- d. Ability to take notes, at stakeholder meetings.
- e. Willing to learn and quick grasp of internal systems/ processes.
- f. Able to multitask; high volume environment.
- 2. Good organisational skills,
- a. Good time management skills.
- b. Organisation of tasks, planning.
- 3. Good communication skills,
- a. Great Customer Service skills; Client and Customer/Internal stakeholders/ colleagues and peers/ contractors.
- b. Can respond clearly, timely and efficiently to questions/ requests.
- c. Good written and verbal communication.
- d. Active listener.
