Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? Join our esteemed Tier 1 Main Construction Contractor and become an integral part of their ambitious project teams!
You will be responsible for initiating and completing tasks and procedures, and when needed supervising or guiding others. You will have the ability to gain, and apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact for both staff and customers, your confidence, strong communication and time management skills are crucial
- Scheduling of work
- Support site teams by preparing correspondence, reports, and CoT’s, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare invoices for works carried out
- Ensure relevant documents are filed appropriately and maintained in an organised manner
- Maintain and manage diary schedules for project teams when required
Requirements:
- Proven track record in administration roles
- Previous experience in customer interactions to deliver great service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong understanding of IT such as, Word, Excel and other relevant software
