Due to continued change and growth in the business they now wish to add to their skillset and wish to hire an experienced Administrator.
What you will be doing
Providing admin support to team handling customs import and export declarations;
Liaising with internal and external customers and contacts to ensure an exceptional service;
Dealing with transit declarations;
Dealing with compliance issues;
Ensuring that any queries from suppliers and service providers are answered in appropriate turnaround time;
Identifying issues arising from queries that require wider consideration.
What we are looking for
Someone with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent IT skills with word-processing, Excel, etc.
An ideal candidate will have worked in a similar capacity in a similar company type or maybe in the transport dept. of another company type, for e.g., Manufacturing.
You will have fluent English language skills.
You must be an excellent listener with exceptional questioning skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must be self-motivated and have an ability to present information in a clear and logical way.
