Our recruiters have been working with and placing staff in this business for over 10 years, they are a leading manufacturer based in the Inishowen area and therefore this role could suit someone in Donegal or living in the Derry City area.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced qualified and competent Accounts Technician to join their ever busy and expanding team in Inshowen, located conveniently between the Derry and Donegal boarders.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Company Accountant your duties will encompass a diverse range of accounts related responsibilities. You will display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
The range of functions you will undertake in the role will include:
*Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts
*Preparation of VAT Returns
*Inter-Company Reconciliations
*Stock Reconciliations and Analysis
*Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliations
*Accounts Payables duties
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar position
Desirable
Experience in a Manufacturing / High volume environment
Accounting Technician Qualification or 3rd level qualification
