You'll be responsible for all aspects of a build, starting with planning the build process, which involves producing a critical path and understanding the timing of each stage. Project Managers may also recruit a team and allocate tasks to relevant managers, and are also responsible for setting benchmarks to monitor the progress throughout the project.
