Electricians are responsible for installing and maintaining electrical power, communications and lighting for a construction project. You will assemble, install and wire the electrical systems that ensure lighting, heat, power, air-conditioning and refrigeration operates effectively. Electricians are often required to follow building blueprints and wiring diagrams to install wiring after a building is partially built.
