A Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing a project from inception to completion to make sure timescales and budgets are met. You will work on a wide variety of projects, from house building through to commercial developments. As Contracts Managers are often the first point of contact for the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors, you must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge and awareness of health and safety issues on-site.
