3D Personnel Employee of the Month - August 2026

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for August 2026 ✨

Both recipients have been busy out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done 👏🏻

The two candidates chosen for August were: 

Abdelaziz Boumankar representing our Irish operations 

Marta Abraham representing our operations in Scotland

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We want to thank all of our operatives for their continuing dedication and hard work 👏🏻

Abdelaziz Boumankar representing our Irish operations

Abdelaziz was a popular selection for the August 'Employee of the Month' award. Working with a close-knit team in Limerick as a General Operative with KPH Construction, he is always ready to get stuck into whatever job is at hand on any given day.

Speaking about Abdelaziz contribution on site, Stephen Mulcahy from our Cork office had this to say;

I would like to offer my congratulations to Abdelaziz on being named our 'Employee of the Month' for August.

Although relatively new to his current role with KPH Construction, Abdelaziz has already made a great impression with our client, who are delighted with the effort, reliability and consistency he brings to his work.

We would like to thank Abdelaziz for his continued hard work and commitment. Keep up the great work!

Marta Abraham representing our operations in Scotland 

Our latest Employee of the Month selection for the UK is Marta Abraham, who was chosen by our team in Scotland.

Marta is based at the McAleer & Rushe Broadway site in Glasgow, where she works as a cleaner. She had been on that project with us for a year and is popular with her colleagues and is always ready to help out when called upon.

Speaking about Marta's work ethic and popularity on site, our Senior Commercial Manager, Richard Guilliatt had this to say;

Marta has a great attitude and her willingness to help others out, to work whatever hours are needed, while always showing up on time, mark her out to the site team.

Her great, upbeat personality helps in creating a good atmosphere wherever she is working. Marta has also helped us in bringing some new operatives on to site. 

We'd like to thank her for carrying the 3D flag and congratulate her on this award.

As another reflection of her abilities and presence on site, McAleer & Rushe also selected Marta for their June Employee of the Month award, stating;

Marta is a very dedicated worker and has consistently shown commitment and reliability to her works here on the Broadway 2 Project in Glasgow. She is a deserving winner!
