3D Employee of the Month Awards - June 2026

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Employee of the Month awardees for June 2026 ✨

Both recipients have been busy out on site, during all weathers (including the recent heat waves), leading by example while getting the job done 👏🏻

The two candidates chosen for June were: 

Florin Frangulea representing our Republic of Ireland operations 

Steward Philips representing our operations in Northern Ireland

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We want to thank all of our operatives for their continuing dedication and hard work 👏🏻

Florin Frangulea representing our Republic of Ireland operations

Florin was an easy choice for this '3D Employee of the Month' award. Currently working with Walls, as a general operative on their residential site at Clongriffin, he is versatile, popular on site and always shows a great attitude, making him a perfect choice for the award.  

Speaking about Florins contribution on site, Construction Manager with Walls, Denis Burke had this to say;

Florin has been with us at our Clongriffin site for the guts of a year now. He has proved himself as a great, punctual worker, willing and able to carry out any task put in front of him, while completing tasks safely, in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Stewart Philips representing our operations in Northern Ireland 

Stewart, our latest awardee in Northern Ireland, is currently working as a general labourer with martin & hamilton construction, on their exciting Strand Arts Centre Restoration project. 

This £6.5m restoration of the Strand Arts Centre is expected to be completed this year and aims to preserve Northern Ireland's only art deco picture house, while delivering "a new home for the arts" in east Belfast. The venue was originally built during what some call the golden age for Belfast cinema in the 1930s.

Stewart is hardworking and brings great experience to site. His fantastic attitude and witty personality make for a great combination in the construction sector. 

Speaking about Stewart's impact since linking up with 3D Personnel, our Labour Manager, Gerard Cannon had this to say;  

Since coming on board with 3D, Stewart has worked as a gateman, general operative and skilled operative, for several main contractors in and around Belfast. He is a man of many talents with a great attitude. 

The site team at the Strand Arts Centre have constantly commented on his great work ethic and willingness to work as part of any team on site. 

We’d like to thank Stewart for his hard work and commitment throughout his time with us and look forward to continuing our work with him going forward.
