3D Employee of the Month Awards - May 2026

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our UK and Ireland - Employee of the Month awardees for May 2026 ✨

Both recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers (including the recent heatwaves), leading by example while getting the job done 👏🏻

The chosen candidates for May were: 

Bogdan - Daniel Potarniche representing our UK operations

Felix Calleja representing our Irish operations 

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We want to thank all of our operatives for their continuing dedication and hard work.

Bogdan - Daniel Potarniche representing our UK operations

Bogdan has had a big impact since joining up with the Wates team at One Horton Heath. Popular on site with subbies and with site management, he always gives 100% and is very deserving of this 3D Employee of the Month Award! 

Having started out as a labourer at the groundbreaking One Horton Heath project in Eastleigh, Hampshire, his attention to detail and ability to get things done, has seen him make steady progress and resulted in a move to a supervisory position on site.   

Speaking about what Bogdan adds to the site team, Wates Logistics Manager, Dave McMullan had this to say;

Bogdan is a great asset to our team. He is the first in and last out and no matter how busy things get he always has a smile on his face. He started with the team just over a year ago as a labourer onsite and now has begun to take over the role of supervisor onsite.

Felix Calleja representing our Irish operations 

Another deserving recipient of our monthly award, Felix is currently working on site with Whitecroft Developments on a residential project in Claregalway.

Flexible and hardworking, he brings good experience and a great attitude to any site he works on.

Speaking about Felix's time as an operative with 3D, our Operations Manager, Philip Doherty had this to say;  

Since coming on board with 3D Personnel, Felix has worked as a general operative for a number of the main contractors in Ireland. During his time with us, he has also worked as a gateman and a handyman, so he is a man of many talents. 

We’d like to thank Felix for his hard work and commitment throughout his time with us and look forward to continuing our work with Felix going forward.
