3D Employee of the Month Awards - April 2026

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our Ireland and UK - Employee of the Month awardees for April 2026 ✨

Both recipients have been busy out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done 👏🏻

The chosen candidates for April were: 

Zukasz Jurczak representing our Irish operations 

Richmond Asiaw representing our UK operations

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We want to thank all of our operatives for their continuing dedication and hard work 👏🏻

Zukasz Jurczak representing our Irish operations

Zukasz is another popular choice for our 'Employee of the Month' award. Currently working with JJ Rhatigan & Company at their Cork University Hospital (Cork Surgical Hub) project, he has shown great versatility, is happy to take on responsibility, and combined with a great attitude on site, this makes him a perfect choice for the award.  

Speaking about Zukasz's selection for the award, 3D Director, Michael Moriarty had this to say;

Zukasz has been part of the 3D Personnel team for some time now, having worked with both Cumnor and Whitecroft Developments, before undertaking his current role at the CSH at Cork University Hospital.

He has operated as a Gateman, General Operative and Groundworker while with JJ Rhatigan & Company. 

He is well liked for his reliability, loyalty and positive attitude, and we really appreciate everything he brings to any given role.

Thanks for all the effort and commitment you put in Zukasz.

Richmond Asiaw representing our UK operations 

Our latest UK awardee, Richmond works as a general operative at the Barratt - Sterling Place residential development in New Malden.

His ability to work on his own initiative, while being flexible and approachable, make Richmond a popular addition to any construction site.

Speaking about Richmond's impact at the Sterling Place site after presenting him with his award, our Commercial Manager, Ciaran Diver had this to say;  

We are pleased to nominate Richmond for Employee of the Month, in recognition of his consistently high standards and proactive approach on site.

He is a highly hands on individual who demonstrates excellent awareness and problem solving ability on a day-to-day basis.

He works exceptionally well with management, maintaining clear communication and a positive approach.

Richmond has most recently been working here at Barratt's Sterling Place for 3D and he is a great representation of what we thrive to deliver on site.
