3D Personnel Employee of the Month Awards – January

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our first Employee of the Month awardees of 2024. Both recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done. Congratulations to you both.

The chosen candidates for January were:

Padraig Keegan representing our Irish offices
Sofiane Saidani representing our UK offices

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank them all for their dedication and hard work.

Padraig Keegan representing our Irish offices

Padraig joined the 3D team back in 2019 and has been a regular with us since. He has worked as a general operative and as a gateman.

Speaking about Padraig our Operations Director in Ireland, Brian Curran had this to say:

Padraig has always brought a positive attitude and strong work ethic to his work. He has always got on great on the sites he has worked on and has been frequently requested back by our clients.
He has played a vital part on the TUS site in Athlone with JJ Rhatigan since March 2023. With his hard work and positive attitude on the gate, he has been a reliable and trustworthy ambassador for 3D.

This is Padraig’s second recent award, having also picked up a Safety Performer Award for January from JJ Rhatigan for his safety conscious performance on the TUS Athlone site.

Sofiane Saidani representing our UK offices

Sofiane has been working on site for 3D Personnel since March 2023 and has now moved onto his newest contract for which he is receiving excellent feedback from our client. Sofiane is a consistent performer on site and goes above and beyond his duties as a Traffic Marshall, in turn receiving further positive feedback from all the subcontractors who he liaises with daily.

Sofiane is pictured above with 3D Commercial Manager, Stuart Douglas, who on nominating Sofiane for the January Employee of the Month award, commented:

Sofiane is a great advert for 3D Personnel and hits all our key core values whilst on site and receives great feedback from the site team always going the extra mile.
