Zinovii is a popular choice for this month's 'Employee of the Month' award. A regular with Walls Construction at various sites around Dublin, his positivity and energy on site, marks him out as a great ambassador for 3D Personnel.
Speaking after presenting Zinovii with his award, 3D Account Manager, Darran Lunny had this to say about Zinovii;
Zinovii has been part of the 3D Personnel team for some time now, and most recently has been working on site with Walls Construction as a Bricklayer's General Operative.
His reliability, loyalty and positive attitude never go unnoticed, and we really appreciate everything he brings to the job.
Thanks for all the effort and commitment you put in over the years, Zinovii β it doesnβt go unnoticed.

Jide Onuigbo representing our UK operations
Jide has made a great impression since first coming on board with 3D Personnel. Currently working with Quaystone Projects on their Nursling site, he is hard working, reliable and often goes that extra mile to help keep things moving.
Speaking about Jide's impact at his current site, our Civils & Infrastructure Manager, Connor McKiernan had this to say;
Jide has been brilliant since day one. He originally went to his current site for what was meant to be a one-week cover, but he settled in straight away and made such a positive impression that heβs now been there for a number of months.
Heβs reliable, turns up on time, gets his head down and gets on with the job without needing micro-management.
He works safely, follows instructions and takes real pride in doing things right. On top of that, he gets on well with the team and is great to deal with, which makes a big difference on a busy site.
The impact he has had on site says everything about the standard of his work and the way he conducts himself.

Keep up the great work Jide - ππ»

And not forgetting Damola's contribution to a recent 'Get Set UK' Q&A session!
Congratulation also to our enterprising 3D team member Damola Akeula, for taking on extra responsibility and sharing his real-life site experiences with graduates of a Get Set UK programme at Swiss Cottage Central Library π§
Damola is a 22-year-old 3D labourer from Camden who was recently invited to give a short informative talk to CSCS students on the programme.
Speaking about the presentation, organiser Mark Pheonix had this to say about Damola's contribution;
It was a win-win; Damola told me he wanted to practice his public speaking skills and our students wanted to hear first-hand from him what it's like to work as a labourer on a construction site.
At the end of Damola's presentation there was a question-and-answer session which engaged the students.
Labouring is a great starting point on the construction career ladder, which can eventually lead to higher paid skilled work including as an experienced labourer, a construction trade, slinger, supervisor, site manager or even self-employed roles.
Thank you, Damola, for your time, you helped inspire our students to pass their CSCS tests and go on to find meaningful employment.
Well done Damola for taking the initiative ππ»
