Contracts Managers are responsible for overseeing a project from inception to completion, ensuring timescales and budgets are met. They work on a wide variety of projects, from house building through to commercial developments. Often the first point of contact for the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors, Contracts Managers must possess excellent communication and negotiations skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge and awareness of health and safety issues on-site.
