What You’ll Do
Be the main point of contact for all wedding and event clients — from initial enquiry to the big day.
Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, banquets, and special events to the highest standard.
Work closely with all departments to deliver seamless experiences and exceed guest expectations.
Manage event logistics, budgets, and schedules with precision and flair.
Lead and motivate a passionate team, fostering excellence, teamwork, and creativity.
Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Weddings or Events Manager in a 4* or 5* hotel or events venue.
Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
A natural ability to connect with people — calm under pressure, always professional.
A creative eye for detail and a strong understanding of wedding trends.
A hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for hospitality and memorable experiences.
