Traffic Marshal

We are currently looking for a traffic marshal/Gateman in BT38 9SS location.

Immediate start.

Long Term work.

Duties

• Maintain a clear understanding of traffic regulations and site-specific protocols.
• Manage the movement of vehicles, ensuring that all traffic is directed safely and efficiently.
• Drive vehicles as necessary to assist in the management of traffic flow.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and other team members to provide instructions and guidance.
• Monitor the site for any potential hazards or issues that may affect safety.
• Report any incidents or accidents promptly to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist with setting up signage and barriers as required to ensure safe navigation through the area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is NEEDED
• CSCS & TM card required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.
• Capability to maintain focus and remain alert during long periods of standing or walking.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and managing unexpected situations effectively.
