We are looking for a Technical Services Manager (M&E Manager) for a role we have available in the Oxford Street area. Will be responsible for the managing of the complete MEP project lifecycle. Will have to control MEP services in compliance with Company's ISO 9001 accredited managment procedures, control MEP services against agreed quality standards. Will also be need to set up systems as necessary for testing and inspections, together with relevant documentation.
They would like a candidate with degree in building services or coming from a trade background. Ideally would be working towards chartered status and also have SMSTS or other relevant health and safety qualification. Must have between 5-10 yrs similar experience in a main contracting environment.
Salary/rate is negotiable depending on experience as they are open to contract or perm candidates.
