Vacancy: Structural Steel Detailer

3D Personnel’s client are currently recruiting for a Structural Steel Detailer to join their drawing office team.
Experience within either the Steel Fabrication, Engineering, or Construction sectors, and / or experience with using Tekla / Advance Steel/StruCad a distinct advantage.

Key responsibilities of successful Structural Steel Detailer to include:
- Liaising with engineers & architects
- Creating 3D models using Tekla or Advance Steel – Training will be provided
- Producing accurate shop drawings for fabrication
- Creating General Arrangement / assembly drawings
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to deal with a number of projects at any one time
- Must have very good attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
- Own transport
