Skilled Labourer / Handyman / Maintenance Operative

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Skilled Labourer / Handyman / Maintenance Operative for a private construction project in Winchester.

This is a short-term role starting Monday for a few weeks, supporting the landscaping of a large private house build.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Sorting topsoil and preparing garden areas
• Trimming trees and maintaining plants
• Watering plants and general garden upkeep
• Supporting other trades on site as needed
• Performing all required duties as instructed by the site management team
• Conducting work according to industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Ideally a gardening or landscaping background, but a switched-on, hardworking individual
• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must have valid ID/Passport
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
• Hardworking, reliable, and driven
