Site Manager | Emmet Road, Dublin 8

€80,000 - €95,000

We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major residential project on Emmet Road, Dublin 8.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations day to day
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Experience on large residential or apartment schemes
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full driving licence
