Location: Surrey
Salary: £50-55k + Package and Benefits.
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Surrey to join a private residential developer who are renowned for producing high quality, affordable homes in sought after locations.
Summary Of Your New Role: To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Your New Project Summary: You will be overseeing a residential development consisting of 50+ traditional build units.
Qualifications Required we require from you
- CITB 5 Day Course
- Knowledge and appreciation of high standards of Health & Safety
- At least 5 years’ experience in brownfield development or construction related industries
- Good communication and Supervisory skills
- High self motivation and a hands on approach
- Good computer skills
