3D are actively working alongside one of Dublin’s most respected Residential Developers. They are actively seeking a professional Site Manager / General Foreman type Individual to join their South County Dublin based project. This initial project consists of RC Frame Apartments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage subcontractors and service providers.
- Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors.
- Managing the on-site construction team.
- Managing programme
- Ensure completion dates are met.
- Ensuring quality of works.
Requirements Include:
- Construction related Qualification or equivalent with a strong Trade background is preferable.
- A minimum of 5years + experience with a background in large scale, residential construction.
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have good spoken and written communication skills.
- To be methodical, pay attention to detail and be accurate.
- To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
- To be self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
- To be able to co-ordinate a number of different tasks at the same time.
- To be willing to accept responsibility for completing designated tasks.
