External Site Manager
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a site manager who has experience in external management. The client is an established Tier 1 construction company who are a leading player in the resedential market. The project will be a high rise apartment block and the successfull candidate will be responsible for the building envelope.
You will be responsible for:
- Health and safety of operatives on site
- Managing sub-contractors
- Ensuring externals work to programme and budget
- Overseeing external packages including: Windows, Cladding, Balconies, Scaffolding, Brickwork
- Quality assurance
What we are looking for:
- Ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience in site management
- Have experiemce working in external management previously
- Worked on multi million developments previously
