Site Manager – Residential Development €50m+
3D Personnel requires an experienced Site Manager to work on a New Build development in the Greater Dublin area. The developer has an excellent reputation within the industry.
This opportunity is permanent with a highly competitive salary + vehicle + pension + bonus.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in projects €10M+
- Previous aparment build experience
- Completion of at least one large commercial/mixed use development
- RC Frame experience
- Strong trades / Engineering background
Duties
Overall on site management of the project
Reporting to the director / contracts manager
Management of Sub - Contractors
Ordering Materials
Read drawing and make amendments
Dealing with issues on own initiative
Chair Site meetings
Liaise with the Architect
