Salary: €75K - €80K + Vehicle + Pension + Discretionary Bonus,

Project:- Residential

The successful Site Manager will possess a time served background or be degree qualified and have housing / Residential project experience with main contractors or builder developers.

Lead the on site team for an award winning main contractor, you will be responsible for the on-site management team tasked with delivering a quality project safely.

Qualifications Required:

• Trade Qualifications OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline with a minimum 5 years Site Management experience
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility
