Location: Portsmouth
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced residential Site Manager on the South Coast
Your new employer:
This national contractor operates across the South Coast & specialises in large residential regenerations schemes that provided affordable & social housing to the local community.
Project:
This project will run until 2021 and will provide over 400 new homes, this build is a traditional & timber frame, this will provide new 1,2,3,4 bedroom homes.
Responsibilities:
You will be reposnsible for super structure, external packages & internals packages, the day to day will include manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme,
