3D are recruiting for a large regional main contractor that has several offices across the Uk, this client operates across Berkshire & Oxfordshire & is currently expanding due to growth with key client & securing of several new projects.
This contractor is looking to strengthen their management team and requires a two Site Manager, they have secured a new £2.9 Million industrial warehouse in Berkshire & also a new £1.8 Million residential apartment scheme North of Reading.
This client requires a No1 manager to fully manage projects from conception to final handover, you would of worked for a large or medium sized contractor, with knowledge of new build & refurbishment works in a range of sectors. The candidate would be located within one hour of Reading & able to travel across Berkshire / Oxfordshire.
