3D are working with private developer on the South Coast, this client specialises in bespoke & one of developments across Hampshire, Dorset & Wiltshire. This developer has been operating for over 20 years across the South Coast & has continued to grow year on year.
In recent weeks they have acquired several sites across Dorset & Salisbury & are currently looking to strengthen their management team.
They are seeking a Site Manager for a £4 Million scheme, this will include several new homes ranging from 2,3,4 bedroom.
This client is seeking a candidate that has worked for either a national or local house builder, ideally located on the South coast & can commute to Dorset or Southampton. The candidate would have first-hand experience delivering similar sized scheme from a green field to completion & has good eye for detail due to the high spec of these homes.
This client is conducting interviews & is looking to secure the right candidate within the next two months.
