3D are currently working with a reputable family orientated region main contractor that operates across the West Sussex & the Surrey region. In recent weeks they have secured several new housing schemes across Surrey.
They are looking to strengthen their site management team across Surrey for their future works, they are looking for managers that has the capability to deliver new build schemes up to the value of £5 Million. The ideal candidate would have worked for a local / large main contractor that has a mixed background in construction, you would be ideally based around North Hampshire or the Surrey region for future works.
The scheme will be a new £6 Million apartment block in Redhill, this will included over 35 bedroom at 1,2,3 bedrooms for social and private clients, this will be over three storeys with on a traditional build contract, this will commence late May.
