3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Southampton for a nationally recognised business.
Our client has secured a £50m commercial project within the care sector. This project will consist of both new build and restoration works. You will be reporting into the Project Manager on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have worked with either a large national or large regional main contractor and has a proven track record of successfully delivering a multimillion pound care home projects. Restoration experience is also required along with demonstrating longevity with previous employers.
We are able to offer a competitive salary up to £60k per annum + benefits.
