Description
We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a residential refurbishment / retrofit job we have in Chelsea. The works include new OSB flooring, insulation in the floors and walls, with secondary glazing. installing new hardware fittings, new carpet and decorate throughout.
There are two separate jobs - one 5 bedroom apartment has a few weeks to go and then we'll start on the one next door - around 20 weeks in total.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid
- Must have residential refurbishment experience
