This client is recruiting for a Site Manager ( No2 reporting into the Project Manager) for a large conversion of an existing building into high spec apartments, this project will commence in the next two months & requires a knowledge manager with refurbishment & new build experience. This candidate will have worked for either a large national or large regional main contractor.
