Our client specialises in high quality external works and hard landscaping, as well as highway and civil engineering projects.
They are looking for a Site Manager with good civil engineering experience to work on hard and soft landscaping projects.
Duties:
- Supervision of works and works gangs on small scale civils works and hard landscaping works
- Dealing with specialist contractors and senior personnel on the project
- Updating senior personnel on progress updates and works completed as well as works plans
- Developing works plans and delegating work to gangs
- Ensure site is health and safety compliant to the company standards
- Make sure the work is delivered to high spec and on time
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree in construction management or from relevant trade background
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid
- IT literate
- Good civil engineering experience
