We are looking for a Site Manager for a role that we have available in the Ashford area with a high end main contractor. They are looking for a Site Manager with good residential experience for a role that they have available in the area.
Candidate must have excellent residential experience and have a proven track record delivering projects in the London area.
Will be responsible for works schedules, dealing with design issues, holding meetings with client and stakeholders, ordering materials and labour, supervising subcontractors and making sure they are working to schedule.
