3DPersonnel's client are a leading constrcution firm, who deliver a diverse range of build projects throughout Ireland and the UK. They currently are seeking an experienced Site Manager.
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations on site. They will oversee the running of site with regards to health & safety, programme and quality. You will report to the Project Manager or Senior Management
What you'll need to succeed
- Required for 1 year minimum
- Experience of building works
- Experience of BCAR on site
- Experience of sub-contractor mgt.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of budgets and proven record of keeping projects within tight budgets
