We are looking for a Site Manager for a role with a property developer about to start work on a development in the Battersea area. The Site Manager role would see the candidate working on the full life cycle of the project from demolition through to handover. The Site Manager willl be reporting to a Project Manager but the successful candidate will be the number 1 on site for this project.
The Site Manager will be dealing with sub-contractors working on the demolition, piling, groundworks etc all the way through to fit out and snagging. Project will consist of residential and commercial units with 910m2 of commercial units on the bottom floor with 80 residential units above this going up to 14 floors.
Excellent opportunity for a main contractor experience. Package is negotiable depending on experience.
