Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: Guildford
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a commercial scheme located Close to Guildford.
Our client is currently working on a £6 Million bespoke hotel scheme based in Guildford.
The ideal candidate will have previous leisure & commercial experience.
What we need from you:
- Proven track record managing similar projects
- Experience overseeing commercial projects from £5m+
- Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
- Relevant references
This position has a start available in the New Year with a minimum of 3 months’ work available.
