Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: Cranleigh
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established housing developer to work on a residential scheme based close to Cranleigh.
Your new employer:
Our client is a successful house builder who prides themselves on their high quality homes. Our clients’ regional office, located in Cranleigh has just secured a 250 unit site which is due to start within the next couple of months.
Our client specialises in anything from one- and two-bedroom homes to six bedroom detached houses, these schemes are usually between 100 – 400 unit sites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Site Manager you will report to the Project Manager and will have a range of roles and responsibilities including;
- Managing & overseeing the site team on a day to day basis
- Controlling & implementing health, safety & environmental procedures
- Ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the standard
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs & liaising with sub-contractors
