3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established construction company based near Southampton.

Our client is a regional contractor that operates across Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset that delivers new builds & refurbishments within following sectors;

- Leisure
- Heritage
- Education
This client requires a Site Manager to work on several schemes that have just been secured based in Hampshire. These projects will range in value from 500k-2 Million.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Site Manager you will have a range of roles & responsibilities including;
- Managing & overseeing the site team on a day to day basis, as well as making sure the site is presentable at all times
- Ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard
- Controlling & implementing health, safety & environmental procedures
- Respond to all queries from trades and action accordingly
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs as well as liaising with sub-contractors
