Site Manager

3D3D Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of apartment blocks on a major residential scheme in the Borough of EastleighEastleigh.

This large scale master planned development will deliver 2,500 homes alongside a new local centre, primary school, sports facilities, improved infrastructure and commercial space.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day management of the apartment blocks, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to Tier 1 standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Driving programme and sequencing works
• Overseeing RC frame and internal packages
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Ensuring quality control and smooth handovers

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering apartment blocks for a Tier 1 or large regional contractor
• Strong RC frame or multi storey residential background
• SMSTSSMSTS, CSCSCSCS and First Aid
