Site Agent | Castleknock office & M50 sites, Dublin

€95,000 - €115,000

We are seeking a Site Agent to join a well-established Irish civil engineering contractor on a long-term framework covering Luas and motorway maintenance works across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of the civils works on site
• Manage engineers, foremen, crews and subcontractors
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance
• Manage commercial performance with the QS team, including change
• Liaise with the client, designers and local authorities
• Report progress and risks to senior management

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• 10+ years' experience on civil engineering projects, including at Agent level
• Strong commercial awareness; design & build experience an advantage
• Proven team leadership and planning skills
• Full driving licence
