Site / Section Manager (x2, Contract) | Clonburris, Dublin 22

€50 - €60 per hour (depending on tax set-up)

We are seeking two Site / Section Managers for 6-month+ contracts with a leading Irish main contractor on a major residential scheme in Clonburris, Dublin 22.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations day to day
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full driving licence
