Setting Out Engineer- Basingstoke
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Freelance Setting Out Engineer in Basingstoke and Surrounding areas.
Our client has a strong presence across Berkshire and Surrey within the Housing Sector. You will be responsible for setting out works on a variety of upcoming projects, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standard and on schedule.
These projects will include setting out on large housing developments on multi million pound schemes.
Experience required:
- Experience in the relevant sectors Competent in setting out.
- Ensure quality of the works and keep QA records etc.
- Programming and planning the upcoming works
- Competent with CAD.
- Liaise with client and sub-contractors.
Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- A degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction management (or equivalent)
- SMSTS (Proffered not essential)
