Service Engineer - (Onsite)

Service Engineer - (Onsite) required for St James Hospital Dublin for a Full-time, permanent role with Ireland's leading supplier of office printing, imaging, and security solutions, with headquarters in Dublin and a nationwide presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Engineer to join a forward-thinking team, providing on-site support at St James Hosp. The client remains open to Junior and more experienced applicants.
You are required to be flexible and to undertake such other work as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide field support for users including on-site technical product support and/or installation and service and maintenance of copiers and other office products. Execute electro-mechanical fault-finding and maintenance, and electronic and IT-based problem solving. Use own initiative and work independently to develop solutions to Field problems.
* Regularly liaise with St James's Hospital as directed by the Service Manager and Account manager to ensure the smooth running of the account.
* Ensure all toner levels are maintained across the site.
* Manage on site toner and parts stock.
* Regular collection of machine meter details.
* Appraise own performance and continuously develop own knowledge and the skills required to achieve results.
* Develop and maintain excellent customer relations and represent the Company in appearance and behaviours in line with the delivery of top class standards. Provide a standard of service that promotes the Company successfully and gains approval from customer to maintain the company's position as a sole/preferred supplier.
* Take opportunities to identify improved digital imaging solutions for customers and explain/demonstrate the benefits of the range of Company business solutions. Pass information on sales opportunities to the sales team.
* Observe site and Company Health and Safety policies and other Company policies at all times.
