We are looking for a Senior Site Manager for a role that we have a project in the Barking area of East London. The role would be with a modular build company who are expanding into the residential market in the London area. They are looking for a candidate who would be able to manage the whole project from groundworks to handover. Will be responsible for managing all the associated sub-contractors that will help facilitate the build eg. brickwork, groundworks, M&E.
They would like someone who will be do 3/4 weeks training at their production facility outside London during the week to help the candidates learn more about the production of the pods. All expenses will be paid for candidates during this training period.
This company are one of the largest modular build producers in the South of England and want someone who will help facilitate their move into the residential market and also held them make long term relationships with quality sub-contractors.
